The front of the insert is equipped with heat resistant ceramics which can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The installed glass has a quality and safety certificate.

The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to stresses that occur at high temperatures. Excellent tightness of the insert is guaranteed thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser cut with the use of modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.

The fireplace is equipped with a single, decorative glass pane, which makes it look elegant and modern. This optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the view of the fire.

COMFORTABLE USE

The door of the fireplace stove operates with a lift up system - the glass pane is lifted up. This system is based on a counterweight - a pulley with a steel cable runs in guides on two ball-bearing rollers that distribute the weight of the door evenly. They move on fireproof bearings along sliding guides mounted in the doorframe, which guarantees their light, silent and failure-free operation. The door movement is at a distance of a few millimeters from the body, which prevents damage to the seal. The pressure system guarantees a full seal of the fireplace.

Thanks to the door which can be raised and lowered vertically it is very convenient to place wood in the firebox. An additional mechanism allows the glass to be opened from the side, which makes it easier to clean and keep the hearth clean.

The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system - thanks to the so-called curtain the air stream is distributed evenly, sweeps the glass and reduces to a minimum soot deposition on it. This allows you to maintain an attractive and clean look of the glass for a long time.

The fireplace uses a specially profiled bottom plate made of black TERMOTEC which makes the combustion chamber deeper and accommodates more wood. Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to the grate and the container where the ashes are collected.

An internal revision system makes it possible to carry out service operations from inside the fireplace without destroying the fireplace structure.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer heat retention are achieved by lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the firebox. In addition, its smooth white surface looks very attractive inside the fireplace.

The combustion of fuel particles is carried out thanks to two deflectors that extend the flue gas path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better use of energy thus minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The insert is equipped with a horizontal flame tube in the high flue pipe which allows for additional recovery of heat from the combustion gases and thus for maximum energy utilization.

The device has a triple system of airing the combustion chamber, thanks to which burning wood in the insert is ecological and, what is the most important, economical.

The primary air supply to the fireplace is provided from the outside through a 125 mm air intake pipe. The air inlet is located in the floor of the fireplace stove. It is adjusted by means of a built-in damper, which can be set with a single control located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The entire mechanism operates inside the fireplace very quietly and without malfunction.
